3. Pet Photographs and Portrait Files

Photographs submitted to Maple Paw Studio are used to create your custom portrait and provide the services you have requested.

Submitting a photograph for portrait creation does not automatically give Maple Paw Studio permission to publish that photograph or your finished portrait for promotional purposes.

You may separately choose whether Maple Paw Studio may feature:

• Your finished portrait and original pet photograph
• Your finished portrait only
• Neither, keeping your order private

Choosing not to provide portfolio or marketing permission will not affect your order or the service you receive.

You should only submit photographs that you own or otherwise have permission to use for the creation of your portrait.

4. Digital File Delivery and Retention

Completed digital portrait files are made available to customers for download for 30 days following delivery. Customers are encouraged to download and securely save their files during this period.

Customer photographs and working portrait files may be retained for a reasonable period where necessary to complete an order, provide customer service, resolve issues, or maintain appropriate business records. Files that are no longer reasonably required may be deleted.

Certain transaction and business records may be retained for longer periods where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

Maple Paw Studio does not directly store your complete credit or debit card information. Payment information is handled by the applicable payment processor according to its own privacy and security practices.

6. Forms and Customer Communications

We may use third-party services, including Fillout, to operate website forms and collect information you voluntarily submit.

We may also use email services, including Gmail, to communicate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, proofs, revisions, and delivery. Information submitted through these services may be processed or stored by those providers as necessary to provide their services.

When a private download link is provided, you are responsible for downloading and securely saving your final files within the stated availability period.

Purchasing a portrait or contacting Maple Paw Studio does not automatically enroll you in our marketing email list.

Where offered, you may separately choose to receive occasional Maple Paw Studio news, portrait inspiration, promotions, or special offers.

Marketing communications may be delivered through a third-party email service such as MailerLite. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in those messages.

Service-related communications concerning an order or inquiry are separate from marketing communications and may still be sent when necessary to provide the service you requested.
